I don’t want you to think that we sit around our house having extensive conversations and writing elaborate lists of rules most of the time. It may seem that way, but I assure you this was a much needed and somewhat cathartic sit-down for them that had to occur.

I believe after that morning, they had a much better understanding of where they stood with each other and what each other would be doing. I hadn’t expected things to turn out this way - but I’d been wrong about a good many things.
